Yes—within 15–30 minutes of checkout (before picking begins). Use your Orders page or contact support. After picking starts, we can adjust quantities and substitutions, but full cancellations might not be possible.
Cold items travel in insulated, temperature-controlled bags with ice packs; frozen items stay frozen; produce is packed separately to prevent bruising. If your order arrives warm or damaged, report within 24 hours for a free replacement or refund.
We’ll offer a close substitute of equal or better quality at the same price. You can set “no substitutions” at checkout, or tell us your preferences in the order notes. If no match works, we’ll refund that item immediately.
