1) Service area

• We deliver across the Kansas City Metro (Missouri & Kansas).
• Addresses outside our standard zone are handled by request and may include additional fees.

2) Processing & delivery times

• Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 5:00 pm (Central Time) to eligible ZIP codes.
• Next-day delivery: Orders placed after the cut-off or outside same-day zones.
• Pickup (Click & Collect): Usually ready in 1–2 hours. You’ll receive a text/email when it’s packed.
• We operate 24 hours, Monday–Sunday. During severe weather, traffic, or high demand, we’ll notify you of any delays.

3) Delivery windows

• Choose a 2-hour window at checkout (subject to driver availability).
• If your preferred slot is full, we’ll offer the next closest time.

4) Delivery fees

• Fees are distance-based and calculated at checkout after you enter your address.
• Free-delivery promotions may apply—watch the site banner for current offers.

5) Packaging & temperature control

• Refrigerated and frozen items ship in insulated, temperature-controlled carriers.
• Produce is bagged separately; household chemicals are packed away from food.

6) Substitutions & out-of-stock

• If something is unavailable, we may recommend a like-for-like substitute at the same price.
• You can select “No substitutions” or leave specific notes at checkout.
• If no option works, we refund the item to your original payment method.

7) Changes & cancellations

• You can edit or cancel within 15–30 minutes of placing the order (before picking begins).
• After picking starts, we’ll try to help, but full cancellation isn’t guaranteed.

8) Missed deliveries & redelivery

• Our driver will wait 10 minutes and attempt to contact you twice.
• If we can’t reach you, we’ll arrange redelivery (a new fee may apply) or pickup from our hub.
• Perishables may not qualify for reshipment if delivery fails due to customer unavailability.

9) Address & contact accuracy

• Please confirm your address, building entry instructions, and phone number at checkout.
• Changes after dispatch may delay your order and incur rerouting fees.

10) Proof of delivery

• We may request an OTP, signature, or leave a photo confirmation where allowed.
• With your consent, orders may be left with concierge/security.

11) Age-restricted items (if applicable)

• A valid government ID is required on delivery. If ID isn’t provided, the item will be returned, and a redelivery fee may apply.

12) Damages, shortfalls & quality issues

• Please check your order on arrival.
• Report freshness or damage issues within 24 hours (include photos and your order number).
• Eligible items receive a free replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

13) Payments

• Secure, cashless checkout: major debit/credit cards, digital wallets, and other methods shown at checkout.
• Payments are encrypted end-to-end. We do not accept cash.

14) Bulk & wholesale

• Large/wholesale orders may require additional lead time and custom delivery slots. We’ll confirm timelines and fees before payment.

15) Third-party couriers

• For areas outside our network, we may use reputable couriers. Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.
