If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll fix it fast with a replacement or refund according to the rules below.
If you enabled substitutions, we may provide a like-for-like item at the same price. If you reject a substitute at the door or later report an issue, we’ll refund the original item or arrange a replacement.

Where stock allows, we’ll exchange the same item or closest equivalent. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund.
Check your order with the driver when possible. If something’s off, the driver can note it immediately and we’ll resolve it with priority.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first—we resolve most issues within 1 business day. Unwarranted chargebacks may delay future service.
Cold and frozen goods are transported in temperature-controlled carriers. If your order arrives warm, leaking, or tampered with, report within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
